MARJORIE IS KEEPING CONCHITA. Such a sweet little dog to be living on the street. When our team arrived to trap her, we quickly realized that the owners didn't care much about her. We watched her walk in and out of the road as people passed by with no care. She's such a sweetheart, and when we were finally able to capture her, she put up no fight. She has been so sweet around the other dogs and the foster kitties. She just wants to lay her head on your lap and be cared for. Her young life has been filled with uncertainty and we are so pleased that we can be a part of her happy ending. We are not sure what breed she is.but the people did mention that they thought she was chihuahua. They called her chi chi. We don't see any chihuahua characteristics in her behavior but we suppose it is possible. She has been well behaved and quiet.And we know that she only blossom further in a forever home.
