Charlie initially struggled with the basics, like walking on leash, as each new situation would make him panic and attempt to escape. Thanks to guidance from other dogs, he’s slowly learning to enjoy strolls, but people still make him wary. Bonding remains a challenge, yet little by little, he’s gaining trust at his own careful pace. Charlie is a true escape artist when nervous, so he must have a very secure home with a patient, compassionate person who will celebrate each step he takes toward feeling safe.
