About Pawlie
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Paulie is a large, brindle and chocolate brown boy who came from a challenging past at the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter, where his spirit was truly tested. Now in a loving foster home, he’s showing just how much he has to offer. At 76 pounds, this shy boy needs patience as he builds confidence and learns that the world is a safe and loving place. His smarts shine through as he bonds with people, and once trust is earned, you become the center of his universe. Paulie does not require a crate and is fully housetrained, making life at home easy and relaxed. He’s working on his leash manners and responds well to a gentle hand. While uncertain at first, he quickly warms up to visitors, and you’ll soon find his head nestled in your lap, ready for affection. He’s strong, loving, and has shown he is gentle even with a toddler in his foster home. Born August 24th, Paulie is a Virgo, meaning he’s attentive and loyal to those he trusts. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
