About Ronin
Ronin is heartbreakingly cute, even with everything he’s been through. He came in emaciated and is healing from sarcoptic mange as well as painful concrete burns—easily the worst his caregivers have seen. Treatment has helped his skin start to recover, and NexGard is handling the mange, but Ronin is also heartworm positive and fighting several challenges at once. Luckily, he has strong rescue support behind him and time to rebuild his strength. Even with his rough start, Ronin keeps a gentle, soulful nature. He’s had some luck with crate training and keeps his belly band clean most days. Toys are still a mystery to him, but there’s no doubt he’ll learn. Those sweet eyes say a lot about his spirit. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
