Mickey is one of the sweetest boys you could ever meet. He’s around 5–6 years old and has captured the hearts of all the volunteers on the Kitty Trail in Piqua. Every day, he waits patiently for them to arrive — his eyes lighting up the moment he sees someone coming who will stop to give him the love he craves. This gentle, loving boy has endured so much. He’s slept in the dirt, weathered the storms, and now faces the freezing cold of winter — all while never losing his tender, trusting spirit. Mickey doesn’t ask for much, just the simple comfort of a warm home and a family to love him the way he’s always loved everyone he meets. Please help us get Mickey off the trail and into safety before winter’s chill sets in. He’s so deserving of a soft bed, a full belly, and the love of a forever home.
