Meet Claire! When our rescue got a call from a kind woman about a sweet stray she’d been feeding, we knew we had to help. As we pulled up, the woman called out, “Mimi’s Baby, come here Mimi’s Baby!” — and from down the street came running a petite, beautiful tabby cat who leapt right onto the porch swing beside her. It was clear this was their special daily routine, and that this little cat’s heart was full of love to give. But Claire (as we now call her) was struggling — she had fur loss, flea dermatitis, and was drooling badly. We brought her into our rescue, and from day one, she has been the sweetest, most affectionate girl you could ever meet. She loves to jump into your lap, wrap her paws around your neck, and give the gentlest kitty hugs. Claire has since been fully vetted, had a full mouth extraction, and is now healthy, pain-free, and ready to find her forever family.
