About Minnow

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Minnow is a charming, one-year-old mixed breed with an adorable blend of chihuahua and terrier features, fully grown at just 21 pounds. After a difficult start being left at a construction site with her family, Minnow has patiently waited for her turn to find a forever home. She is fully vetted and has a lovely short coat that makes grooming a breeze. Shy at first, Minnow appreciates slow introductions and will need time to build trust, especially as she is currently fearful of men. She is best suited for a patient, female-only household able to offer love and consistent support. Once comfortable, Minnow’s sweet and playful side shines—she’ll shower you with cuddles and kisses, making her a wonderful and loyal companion. She is still mastering housebreaking and will benefit from an adopter committed to helping her settle into a routine. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
