About Flow The Vineyard Guardian
Save a Life, Gain a Guardian :) Flow is a resilient two-year-old black cat with a story that will stay with you. He was rescued from a semi-urban neighborhood where coyotes and heavy traffic were claiming the lives of cats almost weekly. We brought him in to save his life, got him fully vetted with the help of Community Concern for Cats in Clayton, and knew he deserved a safe future. We believed weâd found that future when a family adopted him. Unfortunately, they wanted an instant lap cat. Instead of giving Flow the time he needed, they kept him confined in a basement for six months and then abandoned him when they moved. With the help of neighbors, we re-rescued him and brought him back to safety. This is Flowâs third intake overall, and we are committed to making sure his next home is truly his forever home. Why Flow is Perfect for Your Vineyard: * Independent, observant, and calm * Naturally attentive on patrol â a true asset for rodent control * Low-maintenance, gentle coexistence rather than high-demand affection * Adds charm and character to any vineyard What We Need for Flowâs Success: * We need to ensure Flow has a proper intake process. Weâll go through a simple checklist with you to help him understand that this is his new home. By following a few key steps in the first few weeks, weâll increase the likelihood that Flow will settle in comfortably and stay for good. Our Rescueâs Commitment: * Weâre not just placing Flow and walking away. We provide: * Follow-up support and guidance * A month of food, bedding, and familiar supplies with Flowâs scent to ease his transition * Close support during the first 4 to 6 weeks to make sure his intake is successful Flow is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to become the guardian of your vineyard. __________________ Learn More About Vineyard Cats Many vineyards around the world rely on cats like Flow for sustainability, pest control, and tradition.
