Trooper has spent his life tied to a tree at a homeless encampment till his owner went to jail and he got left behind. The owners wishes were if she got arrested that he made it to a rescue. He is dog friendly and very loving and attentive to his preferred people, and eager to please. Inquisitive when he sees cats but not reactive to them in passing. Loves to walk and has great stamina. Rides very well in the car. Sits great and knows wait for poop pick up. House trained in the home. Not reactive to dogs when walking in the park.
