About Zeus
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Zeus is a young male Cur mixed breed with a striking red-chestnut coat who is waiting for his perfect match. According to his foster family, Zeus is very loving and delights in being snuggled. He brings joy with his great personality and easy-going nature around people, though he prefers to be the only pet and isn't fond of cats or other dogs. Unlike many, he isn't much of a barker—his voice is rarely heard. Zeus is both house trained and crate trained, and he's generally well-behaved when left alone, with a fondness for cardboard and paper if they’re left within reach. Sleep comes easily to him; in fact, he could win awards for how soundly he sleeps through the night and beyond, often needing a wake-up call for his morning walks. He’s a hearty eater and not the least bit territorial, making mealtimes a breeze. Walks are a highlight for Zeus, though his strength requires a harness, which works perfectly for his enthusiastic tugs. He has a charming fondness for blankets and pajamas, enjoying lounging outdoors in the sun or curling up with his favorite toys. Of course, he loves fetch and especially enjoys de-squeaking toys, but settles down once the squeaker is gone. Baths don't bother him, and his foster family says he is an all-around fantastic dog who would thrive in a loving home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
