Buddy’s story is rough—left as a puppy at a police station, he’s bounced from homes that promised to love him, only to end up in a kill shelter before landing in rescue again. He’s experienced a lot and craves a stable environment with a secure, high-fenced yard and people who stick around. Buddy gets anxious when left alone, especially at first, and will hang close to the house waiting for his people.
