About Scarlet
Scarlet is a striking black and white tuxedo cat who brings a bold flare everywhere she goes. At just over three years old, she’s both self-assured and a little mischievous—a true queen who knows her worth. Affection is always on her terms: some days she’s a total lovebug, and other times her sassy attitude takes the reins. She’s happiest as an only cat and asks for a home where she doesn’t have to share the throne. After spending two months in a foster home, Scarlet showed a quirky side—she’ll never let you visit the bathroom alone and finds washing machines endlessly entertaining. She’s wildly playful, especially when chasing wand toys, and has a soft spot for catnip sessions. A window perch or catio would be perfect so she can enjoy the world outside. Scarlet mixes a little spice with her sweetness and is ready for a home that appreciates both. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.

Questions about Scarlet
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Domestic shorthair cats like Scarlet adapt easily to indoor settings and thrive in homes with cozy spaces to explore or lounge in. They do well in apartments or houses alike as long as they have windows or perches.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Scarlet, being a domestic shorthair, does not require outdoor access but enjoys safe outdoor-like experiences such as catios or window boxes. Supervised outdoor time or enriching indoor spaces are usually enough.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Domestic shorthairs generally do fine with respectful children, but Scarlet prefers a quieter environment since she likes things on her terms, so homes with older kids or adults may suit her best.
