About Sadie
Sadie is a 7-year-old American Bulldog mix with a big spirit and an even bigger presence. Weighing in at close to 100 pounds, she's spent over two years waiting patiently in rescue, but her optimism hasn’t wavered. Around people, Sadie lights up—she’s happiest on car rides for ice cream or romping in a backyard as if it’s an open field. She’s a classic softie who never leaves a mess in her kennel, loves her squeaky toys, and has won over plenty of the volunteers just by being herself. With other dogs, Sadie does best among calmer, lower energy pals and can get timid if things get too rowdy—if you already have a dog, a careful introduction is important. Sadie also gets along with cats but isn’t suited for homes with children. She’s spayed, fully house trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Given her birthdate, Sadie is a Pisces, which fits her affectionate, easygoing nature. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
