About Taz
Taz is the classic example of a loyal, loving, and protective companion. He is happiest as the center of your attention, giving affection freely and soaking up every bit of love in return. Around those he trusts, Taz is known for his warm snuggles and enthusiastic kisses. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, running free, and hunting for lizards, and he’s always eager for a mealtime in his crate. On the ranch, Taz has shown patience with a dozen other dogs, but he truly thrives when he’s the only pet. He has sound house manners, is both crate- and leash-trained, and quickly picks up on expectations. Taz craves stability and does best in a calm, structured home without cats or small animals. If you’re looking for a devoted partner who will keep you company during both playful moments and quiet nights, he ticks all the boxes. Taz had a rough start and didn’t have much early socialization, but since coming to the rescue he’s grown into a confident, affectionate dog who’s eager to please. He’s playful, smart, and has a charming sense of humor. Taz is looking for someone ready to make him their one and only. He’s prepared to give his whole heart—he just needs someone to take it.
