Rufus is a sweet senior sir who has not had it easy in life. First at PACC in 2024 under less than ideal circumstances, he recently returned as a stray. Every dog deserves a family and a soft place to lay their head at night, and that’s even more true for our seniors! During a short stay in a foster home Rufus was a quiet houseguest who was described as reserved and friendly. He was spry and active, I never would have guessed that he was 9 years old!
