It’s usually not good when someone says “I have notes...”, but we have Notes in a good way!! And while someone having notes to give usually implies that there’s some criticism to follow, the only notes we have on Notes are positive ones!! Here’s what one volunteer said about this sweet, sensitive boy: “Notes was easy to lash and easy to walk. After a little while in the yard there where some bits of gentle play with his kennel mate.
