About Merida
Merida spent her early days living outdoors near some apartment dumpsters with her companions, Cheese and Killian. After over a year on the streets, she was finally rescued on a cold February day. Still the youngest of the three, Merida is shy and cautious, keeping her distance from her foster family but curiously following their movements around the house. She prefers to observe from her cat tree or from behind a computer monitor, and she hasn't allowed anyone to pet her yet. She has a soft spot for other cats and kittens, playing affectionately with them and settling easily into the cat group. Even after all she's experienced, Merida remains sweet and gentle, hoping for a quiet, understanding home to help her build trust at her own pace. With a little time, patience, and love, she could finally learn what it means to feel completely safe. As a Taurus, Merida is likely to be steady and quietly affectionate once she's comfortable, bringing a touch of determination and loyalty to those she learns to trust.
