Jyri the Ginseng is a Squishmallow with a serious sweet tooth and a love for cakes, cookies, and other treats. Our Jyri isn’t quite ready to be squeezed like your favorite Squishmallow, but he does love his treats! Jyri was found as a stray and stayed with his finder for a day before coming to PACC. His finder described him as shy but sweet, and that’s exactly what we see too- a shy boy who needs a patient family to help him build confidence. Here’s what one volunteer said: “We took sweet Jyri out this week. He was head shy when leashing but was a pretty confident walker. Once in the yard, he explored and eventually approached for treats. I got a few tail wags as we sat together on the ground and I gave him treats and chin scritches. I see SO MUCH POTENTIAL- he’s a sweet boy who is scared and will benefit from patience and care.” Jyri will need time and patience as he settles into a new home, bit we know his heart is a squishy and soft as the cuddly toy he’s named after!! He shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been playful and social when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Please ask to meet Jyri today!!
