About Max
Max has spent nearly two years in his foster home in Binghamton, steadily growing into a well-mannered companion. After a major change in his former life circumstances, Max rejoined the rescue but has since learned his basic commands and adjusted to life without his longtime housemate, Bear. He’s now an easygoing, genuinely good boy. Max gets along with other dogs and does fine with dog-savvy cats. Kids are no problem for him—he’s gentle, friendly, and affectionate. Max is neutered, fully vetted, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. He’s house trained, knows all the basics, and is just waiting for a stable, loving home to call his own. Adoption requires vet references as well as a home and family visit. Transport options cover Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England, though Max cannot be adopted into Canada. Max, born July 14, 2020, is a Cancer—a sign known for loyalty and sensitivity. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
