This charming boy’s story began with caring folks at Ashland Terrace Animal Hospital, who stepped up to ensure he received all the love and support he deserves after his senior owners could no longer care for him. Barkley instantly wins over hearts with his infectious joy and warm, soulful eyes—he is ready to bring cheer and companionship wherever he goes. Whether joining you on adventurous walks or curling up for a cozy cuddle on the couch, Barkley promises to fill your days with laughter and friendship. This handsome boy truly is eager to become your new best friend and make every moment special together. Please note, meet and greets and adoptions are available by appointment only at Pet Placement Center. Barkley's adoption fee is $135 and includes a host of perks: a free veterinary exam within two weeks of adoption at participating local veterinarians, up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and prevention, deworming, flea prevention, microchip, and he will be spayed or neutered. As a fun fact, Barkley is a Pisces—Pisces pups are known for being extra gentle and intuitive with their humans!
