Guy Smiley is a small brown Chihuahua, around 3 years old, who needs an adopter with patience and real experience helping a fearful dog. He’s extremely fear-aggressive and will bite when he feels threatened, so someone familiar with building trust in nervous dogs is essential. Months went by before anyone could even pet him, but after a lot of time and treats, he’s made progress. Still, nail trims must be done under sedation for now, and he requires very slow introductions to everything new. Guy Smiley is crate trained and reliably does his business outside.
