My name is Ethel. I arrived at Pet Harbor with my daughter, Lucy. We were abandoned and a kind lady rescued us and brought us here to Pet Harbor. I am a small girl, a 2 year old Spaniel mix. I get along with all the dogs and love all the people. PLEASE NOTE: Pet Harbor adopts to residents of the South Bay area of Los Angeles county only.
