This dog and another dog were abandoned in the lobby of our animal services division. There is a pending case with CPD regarding the incident. The only information we have is that they were found in West Point, Georgia. We are working to get them back to their rightful jurisdiction, but in the meantime we still want to exhaust efforts to locate their rightful owners.
