We are currently taking at-risk dogs from shelters in the middle of the state as well as those who have been abandoned on the streets of "Heartland" Florida. All of our dogs will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for Heartworm Disease. We will list any known medical or behavioral issues that we're aware of here, but please ask Theresa when contacting her.. She will have more specific details about each dog. Paige was found last month in rural Arcadia with a small collar embedded so deeply in her neck, that it left her with a horrible wound which required immediate surgery. Despite her unfortunate situation, Paige has the sweetest, gentlest disposition. She almost seems to understand that she’s been rescued and is so grateful. Her wounds are healing beautifully, she’s been spayed and vaccinated and she’s ready to meet her new forever family. As you can see from her photos, she gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys the companionship of people too.
