About Gibbs

Gibbs is an 8-month-old Alabama Mutt with a distinctive brindle and cream short coat. He takes a little while to warm up—shy at first, but once he trusts you, Gibbs turns into a full-on cuddle machine who can’t get enough attention or kisses. The couch is his happy place, and he’d rather nap there than anywhere else. He’s dog-friendly with all sizes, from tiny pups to big ones. Kennel training is coming along well; Gibbs happily goes in for a treat and keeps his crate dry overnight. He knows how to use the doggy door if you can tempt him off his beloved couch. Leash training is in progress. While there’s no cat experience to share, a gentle personality hints he’d likely do fine with them. Gibbs’ past may have left him shy, but he really is a fantastic young dog looking for someone who appreciates a laid-back, loyal companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
