He is a loving, loyal, and gentle boy who loves everyone. Billy is an affectionate and very well behaved guy who loves to give kisses. It won't be long until Billy inspects your cheeks with smooches! Billy would consider himself a fan of smaller humans as he adores being around children. He is well-mannered and a smart cookie. Billy follows commands to a t since it usually follows up to his favorite kind of t: treats! Billy is neutered, up to date with vaccinations, flea/tick prevention given, heart worm tested (negative) and microchipped.
