Lorna has been with us since June 2025 and is a young, energetic dog who never learned appropriate ways to interact with people. She means well, but she uses her mouth inappropriately, climbs leashes, and can be difficult to walk. Her high energy, lack of impulse control, and emerging resource guarding have made her a challenge in a previous home. Lorna does have a bite/incident report on file. This means she has either bitten and/or scratched a person. Anyone interacting with her, adopting, or fostering her must be aware of this history. Lorna isn't the right dog for every home - and that's okay. She needs an experienced person who can safely handle a mouthy dog with some resource guarding behaviors.
