He needs an experienced dog wrangler who will calmly hold him and pet him and get used to human touch. Probably the most feral dog I’ve had. Good with dogs or cats. Doesn’t bite. Will not walk on leash. Is crate trained if caught. Given how feral we are not asking a fee just a patient, experienced with feral dog owner who is up for a challenge.
