About Oakley
Oakley’s story starts on his own, wandering hungry until a volunteer found him in their yard. After some tough weeks outside, he’s now fully vetted and no longer has to worry about his next meal. Oakley was quite malnourished when he came in but has bounced back—he’s catching up on comfort and care. He does have diabetes and needs insulin shots twice a day. Luckily, he handles them like a champ. Giving his shots has become routine, and it doesn’t faze him at all. Oakley’s easy-going nature makes caring for him straightforward and rewarding. He’s looking for a home with someone ready to keep up his simple medical needs and who will appreciate the resilience he’s shown. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
