About Molly
Molly, once known as Rita, is a striking black Shar-Pei with a gentle heart and the sort of wise wrinkles only time and experience bring. After a tough turn of events, she landed back with Pei People, this time sticking close to her brother Baron. She’s a bit reserved around new people, especially men, but shows faith in kind women pretty quickly—thanks to the strong bond she had with her last owner. Once she decides you’re safe, Molly’s loyalty shines and she’ll quietly seek your comfort and guidance. She’s content to follow a gentle lead and comes out of her shell more every day, especially when treats are involved. Like many Shar-Pei, Molly wrestles some skin issues, but she’s a champ about her medicated baths and actually soaks them up with a bit of spa-day joy. Her real superpower is her capacity to give back tenfold the patience, caring, and softness she’s offered. Expect snuggles, quiet devotion, and a slow-blooming trust that is worth the wait.
