About Cass

Cass greets everyone with a big HELLO. At just over a year old, she’s left a hard past behind and is now thriving in her foster home in Gig Harbor, WA. Cass’s story started rough—her first owner was experiencing homelessness, and she arrived underweight and worn out. Despite these challenges, Cass bounced back quickly and is now eager for new experiences. She’s making excellent progress with her manners, nearly house trained, and getting more comfortable in her crate every day. Cass loves walking and lives for adventures, especially if they involve camping or hiking. She prefers an adopter who enjoys the outdoors as much as she does. Although she hasn’t met any children or cats yet, Cass gets along well with other dogs who are calm and patient. She’ll be spayed soon and ready for adoption after she heals. Cass is full of promise and waiting to find a family that enjoys life as much as she does. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
