Rocky lost his home when his former owner had to move somewhere that didn’t allow pets. Originally rescued as a puppy from a park, Rocky came into rescue scared and uncertain, but he’s started to relax and show his true self. He loves to run, play, and gets along well with every dog he’s met. Rocky is gentle, submissive, and sometimes easily startled, but he values calm reassurance and steady routines.
