About Moose
Moose is a loyal and sweet Black Mouth Cur mix with a silky, honey-brown coat and large, expressive eyes lined with natural black. He has a calm, gentle presence and gives off an effortless confidence. Moose enjoys being both a protector and a companion, sticking close to the people he loves. He does very well with children and welcomes visitors, though he can be protective with strangers at first. Car rides are a joy for Moose—he's quiet and relaxed, usually napping the ride away. Though he thinks of himself as small, Moose is a true gentle giant who loves to cuddle, nap, and soak up affection. He's kennel trained and house trained, and likes to lounge indoors when the weather is bad. When outside, Moose reveals a playful side—sunbathing, playing with bubbles or sprinklers, and occasionally bringing in small gifts as tokens of his affection. He also enjoys casual walks and exploring the yard. Moose is searching for a family who will appreciate his laid-back, loving nature and welcome him as their steady companion. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
