About Nova
Nova is a large Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier mix with a resilient spirit. At five years old, she’s bounced back from a difficult past after her previous owners tried to have her euthanized due to a broken front leg. Now fully healed, Nova lights up every room with her energy and big Lab grin. She thrives on fetch—stock up on tennis balls—and loves nothing more than curling up close for some snuggle time at the end of the day. She bonds tightly with her people and has done well around older children. Nova doesn’t get along with other dogs, so she’ll do best as the only pet in your home. She is house trained, spayed, and up to date on her shots. Nova’s story is proof of her loving, loyal nature. She’s ready for a family that will give her the second chance she’s earned.
