A Letter from Murphy Hi friends, it's me-Murphy! I wanted to give you an update about how things are going for me since being saved by the rescue. You might remember, I lost both of my owners and their family planned to put me down. But now I get a second chance, and let me tell you... my tail has been wagging ever since! I'm a chill, easygoing dude-low energy, but don't let that fool you. I can still keep up with the younger pups when I want to, and I love to trot around outside with them. Once I'm done, though, I'm all about cozy naps and hanging out with my people. I recently went to the vet for a full checkup. Good news-they said I'm healthy! I just need to lose about 10 more pounds (I've already dropped 12!). I have a lipoma that looks benign and a bit of arthritis, but nothing that keeps me from enjoying life. I'm still happy, playful, and ready to soak up all the love I can get. What I really want now is a forever family-a place where I can relax, be loved, and maybe share the couch (or at least the floor right next to you).
