About Honey
Honey made it out of a crowded shelter with only minutes to spare and didn’t have much comfort in her past—just concrete floors and little human attention. Despite that rough start, she’s transformed into an affectionate, eager Boxer mix who’s ready for her next chapter. Honey is about 3 years old and weighs 50 lbs, carrying a short brown-and-white coat that’s easy to care for. She’s completely house and crate trained, enjoys walks, and already knows cues like "sit," "paw," and "kisses." Honey plays well with other dogs and is especially gentle around kids, but she prefers a home without cats. Her personality balances bursts of playful energy with a love for being close to people when it’s time to relax. Honey is spayed, current on vaccines and preventatives, and simply thrives around families or anyone who wants a loyal, social companion. Before adopting, a home check is required.
