When it comes to food, Waffles enjoys a rotation of brands like Merrick, Tiki Cat After Dark, and Nulo. He eats primarily wet food 2-3 times a day (morning, evening, and night). Since male cats are more prone to urinary crystals and his age makes him more susceptible to kidney disease, Waffles has freeze-dried treats instead of kibble to help keep him healthy. His favorite freeze-dried brands are Vital Essentials and Whole Life, and he loves a variety of flavors like turkey, beef, duck, and chicken.
