Kobe is a 9-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing about 13 lbs who found himself in need after his previous owner moved into a nursing home. He arrived at the shelter confused and scared, especially around new situations, but outside of that environment Kobe really blossoms. He is mellow, cuddly, and prefers to hang close to his favorite person. Once he warms up, he’ll melt into your side for affection and snacks.
