Penelope Anne is a sweet pup with a sunny personality. She gets along great with her foster siblings and hasn’t met a treat she doesn’t like. She walks well on a leash and knows a few commands. She loves going on car rides as much as she does going on a walk. She’s happiest when she has a toy to chew on and loves relaxing on the sofa with her foster family.
