About Persimmon
Persimmon has packed plenty of experience into her young years and is looking for a new beginning. She’s still figuring out some boundaries and the best way to ask for attention, but give her toys to swat and a wide window for birdwatching and she’ll stay happily entertained. Scratch posts are a must—Persimmon stretches as tall as her little body will go and loves to dig in. She does well with other cats if introductions are handled right, but is an alpha personality, so homes with introvert or senior cats may not work out. She’s managed around the resident dog without issue. Persimmon isn’t the right fit for homes with small children, but would be fine with older kids who understand boundaries. She’s quite motivated by food, so a routine with timed feedings and allotted dining spots will prevent squabbles. Every one of our adoptable animals, including Persimmon, comes spayed or neutered, microchipped, with up-to-date vaccinations and wellness care. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
