About Hopper

Hopper is a 4-month-old neutered male Chihuahua mix who weighs about 9 lbs and comes fully vaccinated, including for Rabies. He’s been microchipped as well. Hopper and his brother Dustin have kept everyone entertained with their playful antics, zooming through the yard and racing each other through the puppy tunnel. When new people come around, Hopper starts out shy but quickly warms up—once he’s comfortable, he’s lively, affectionate, and very motivated to play. After burning off his energy, Hopper loves curling up in a lap for a nap and soaking up some one-on-one snuggle time. He’s used to being held and carried thanks to all the hands-on attention at the rescue, and he responds well to gentle affection. Hopper is currently working on leash skills using both collars and harnesses, showing fast progress so far. With additional obedience training and routines to support socialization, Hopper will keep growing into a well-rounded companion. He gets along well with children and thrives in an active home where there’s time for play and positive attention. Fun fact: Hopper is a Leo, which adds a little extra charm to his outgoing puppy nature. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
