Meet Teana! She is looking for a very special adopter. Teana is very loving once comfortable with you, but she needs a person who is patient, home a lot, and has a quiet household as she struggles adjusting to visitors and transitions. Teana must have a secure fence that surrounds the entire yard as she is a door darter and escape risk. She needs other dogs in the home who are social and calm. She has a few additional challenges including being reactive in a crate and other situations where she would be higher than the average dog for a fear bite. Applicants in Raleigh County WV will be considered but must be willing to have several meetings with her prior to a final placement.
