OUR ADOPTION POLICY: Step 1: Complete an Adoption Inquiry at https://www.orcaspets.org/catrequest.html. Step 2: Requests are reviewed and meet and greets are scheduled. Step 3: Meet and greet with adoption interview. Step 4: Adoption if the pet is an appropriate match. Our adoption policy is to give preference to San Juan County residents when scheduling meet and greets for adoptable pets. We have also chosen not to adopt pets outside of Washington State but are happy to direct you to a shelter in your area.
