About Hyacinth!
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Hyacinth, a beautiful and sweet tabby girl who was born on July 1st, 2025, at the Owensboro Humane Society. She is part of the flower-themed litter, alongside her siblings Aster, Dahlia, and Oleander, all looking for loving homes. Hyacinth has a fun-loving, playful spirit and enjoys wrestling and running around with her kitty friends, making her a joy to observe. Her adorable antics will keep you smiling, and she is simply precious. Because Hyacinth is still very young and has only known life surrounded by other cats, she will need either a feline companion at home or to be adopted with a sibling. This ensures she continues to feel comfortable and supported, as she thrives with kitty friends. Her health is excellent—she will be spayed at six months and is already up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, including Leukemia, the all-in-one, and rabies. She is FIV/FeLV negative, dewormed, de-flead, and microchipping is offered and required for her forever home. Prospective adopters must provide a safe, indoor-only home, agree not to declaw, and sign a contract affirming these commitments. Good vet records (or a willingness to establish them) are expected, and Hyacinth is not suitable for homes with aggressive dogs or children. As a Cancer sun sign, she is sure to be nurturing and loving, a comforting companion in any caring environment. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
