About Lucy
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Lucy, the little gremlin warrior with a big personality! Lucy is a pint-sized Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier mix who has already overcome more than most pups her age. After battling a tough respiratory infection as a puppy, this resilient survivor is now thriving thanks to devoted foster care and lots of love. Her journey is inspiring, and she has made every moment count since pulling through. At just under a year old and weighing between 40 to 45 pounds, Lucy still has a little growing to do, but she’ll likely stay a nice, manageable medium-to-large size. Puppy energy is her specialty, and while her sensitive lungs mean she’s not up for marathon walks or extreme outdoor adventures, she’s at her happiest playing fetch in the backyard, tugging toys with her people, or performing silly antics indoors that will have you in stitches. Lucy is eager to please and incredibly expressive, always trying to figure out just what will make her people smile. Her pure joy for life shines through everything she does, from gleeful zoomies to flopping over for belly rubs at any opportunity. If you’re searching for a resilient, goofy, loving pup who will keep the laughter coming and fill your home with happiness, Lucy could be the perfect match. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
