He came into rescue with a gentle soul and an easygoing personality, and he has only leaned more fully into that softness as he’s settled into foster care. Carl loves chin scratches and will never turn down a quiet moment of affection. At first, he can be cautious with new people or fast movements, but once he knows he’s safe, he becomes a warm, steady companion. For Pets Already in the Home: Because the number of homeless animals in our area is so large, we adopt only to homes where current pets are spayed or neutered, with documented medical exceptions.
