Adoption Fee. Effie is a beautiful cat and is very nervous with people as she was let down by them in the past. She will tolerate pets though she is not at the point of seeming to enjoy it yet. Effie needs a home with other kitties that is willing to be patient for her to come around on her own terms. Effie is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
