About Danger Dave
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Danger Dave—the legendary cat known for his love and lounging! Despite his formidable name, Danger Dave is all heart, preferring snuggles and soft pillows over drama or trouble. At almost 2 years old, he arrived at the Ohio SPCA & Humane Society in May 2025 as an unwanted, ailing stray. With devoted care, patience, and lots of affection, this resilient sweet boy has blossomed into a healthy, loving companion who’s now searching for his forever home. Danger Dave is FIV-positive, but don’t let that concern you. FIV simply means his immune system prefers gentle support like regular check-ups and a cozy indoor lifestyle. Cats with FIV can lead long, joyful lives and can happily live with other friendly felines. Dave loves belly rubs, sinking into soft beds for long naps, and basking in all the affection he can get—something brand new in his life. With his gentle spirit and newly discovered happiness, Danger Dave is ready to fill your life with warmth, cuddles, and endless joy. As a Taurus, he’s steadfast and loyal—traits you’ll love every day. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
