Meet Rosy - A Sweet Soul in Need of a Calm Home Rosy came to the Ohio SPCA & Humane Society in July 2023 after being rescued from a local hoarding situation. She was left in horrendous conditions and, understandably, is very reserved. Rosy would thrive in a quiet home where she can do her own thing and feel safe at her own pace.
