About Gypsy
Gypsy is a large, ticked tabby mix with classic Abyssinian looks—his grey, light brown, and black fur turns heads. Nearly 8 and a half years old and weighing about 12 pounds, Gypsy earned his resilience after fending for himself outdoors. Now settled indoors, he’s affectionate once comfortable, often seeking out a warm lap or snuggling in for a gentle cuddle. He takes time to adjust in new places, usually finding a safe, low space to get his bearings. Blind in one eye from an old scar (which does not currently require treatment), Gypsy navigates the world with a cautious but playful spirit. He prefers feeling grounded, so he skips the cat trees and instead enjoys relaxing within reach. Gypsy gets along well with both cats and gentle, cat-friendly dogs. He needs a patient adopter who understands that adjusting takes time—but for the right person, his loyalty and sweetness will more than reward the wait. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
